It is known that all substances used in the production of any product are delivered to manufacturers’ warehouses in the form of solid, liquid or gaseous components. As for the chemical industry, the production of a wide variety of raw materials involves a variety of physical and chemical processes, from the diffusion of liquids to homogenization and dissolution of crystalline compounds. Physical methods that produce an external effect on a liquid are intended to increase the productivity of the physical and chemical processes occurring in it, because in the natural environment such processes can take quite a long time, which is not always possible in production due to the required volumes of product output . One of the most common methods of accelerating processes is mixing, which is one of the fundamental processes in almost any chemical production. The design of mixers used on an industrial scale is not complicated: a shaft, usually rotated by an electric motor, stirs the substance with the help of gratings attached to it. The design also includes a gearbox and bearing seals, depending on the number of which the shafts are divided into cantilever or single-span.
